Executive Chef Pascal Vignau offers breakfast classics such as cinnamon French toast, thick-cut apple wood smoked bacon, and a chilled seafood display featuring Alaskan snow crab claws, tuna sashimi, and smoked salmon.
Chef Pascal will also prepare his holiday specialties including beef tenderloin medallions, seafood paella, and smoked chicken breast.
