Three-course meal prepared by Chef Pascal Vignau with a choice of albacore tuna and crab tartare, wild mushroom raviolis, or an appetizer from our a la carte menu. Afterwards, there is a choice of entrée: scallop and mussel cassoulet, thyme roasted rack of lamb, or an entrée from our a la carte menu. For dessert, a choice of winter yule log or caramel roasted pear custard.
