Anacondas in the Kitchen, Capybaras on the Couch
This photo-journal presentation focuses on Renee’s extensive research of wild anacondas and endangered crocodiles, along with stories of other reptiles, birds, and mammals she studied while living in the Llanos of Venezuela.
Her reptile research was funded by National Geographic and the Wildlife Conservation Society and featured on National Geographic TV, Dateline, NBC, Animal Planet, and Discovery. Renee relates the lessons she learned in South America to conservation strategies here at home in San Diego County.
