Spring Pig Roast

Saltbox chef de cuisine Jeremiah Bryant and St. Archer Brewing Co. are bringing the best parts of a traditional roast to SummerSalt, the Rooftop Pool & Lounge on Hotel Palomar's fourth-floor pool deck.
Whole roasted pig served with Saltbox's signature barbecue sauce.
Traditional sides like potato salad and braised greens, as well as jalapeno corn bread and yams with ginger and orange.
Kegs and cans of Saint Archer brews and a chance to meet the brewer.
Live entertainment and a backyard-style celebration.
