Cakebread Cellars Wine Dinner
A six-course prix-fixe wine pairing dinner to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Napa Valley's Cakebread Cellars. For each course, a Cakebread wine has been selected to complement dishes featuring ingredients from the restaurant’s farm. Executive Chef Eugenio Martignago's menu includes an aperitif of heirloom tomatoes, burrata, fresh mission figs and bacon steak cured figs; puff pastry filled with sea scallops and mushroom duxelles; a fresh porcini mushroom soufflé and Maine lobster; a lamb osso bucco Milanese and orange cauliflower purée; a wagyu hanger steak, haricot verts, ratatouille and goat cheese timballo; and an assortment of artisan cheeses. 760-930-9100.
