May 18: Roasted grass-fed top sirloin vs. roasted "1855" top sirloin; and ground grass-fed burgers vs ground corn-fed burgers. May 25: Pit barrel pulled pork, BBQ sauces and seasonal Imperial Valley sweet onions.
