Chef Urs Baumann leads a two-hour class featuring poached asparagus wrapped in prosciutto ham, butter lettuce salad on a lime vinaigrette with grapefruit filets, drunken shrimp with a tarragon/honey/mustard sauce, summer flavored pearl couscous,roasted summer summer vegetables, and "marinated” watermelon balls with lime sorbet.
