Participants compete for cash prizes at the "San Diego's Most Talented" competition. Festival includes over 100 vendor booths, 16 carnival rides, non-stop live entertainment and concerts, traditional lion dance performances, and the Miss Vietnamese traditional dress pageant. Talent.emx@gmail.com.
