At the Tijuana Estuary, large amounts of fine-grained sediment threaten wetland habitat, and removal of this sediment (silt and clay) is the biggest cost of restoration projects. Learn how the recent "Fate and Transport" study could inform effective sediment management in the Tijuana River Valley in order to help scientists work with regulators to restore wetlands.
