New Year's Eve Feast
Three-course meal at Rancho Bernardo Inn's Veranda restaurant. Mediterranean twists feature options such as seared diver scallop with cauliflower purreé and carrot ginger sauce, roasted game hen with potato and leek gratin, and sauteéd spinach, finishing with pecan rum cake for dessert.
