Background:
(760) is an all-original band that combines rock, funk, punk, reggae, and metal to create their sound. Being based in the Escondido area code zone influences much of the songwriting, according to bassist Mark Swanger. "The best thing about being from here is growing up with the diversity! Like many California cities, Escondido is a great melting pot of many ethnicities and cultures. Escondido is also in a good central location in the county. It makes it easy to access many of Southern California’s amenities."
