After seven previous stops and being on the road since October, Warby Parker’s Class Trip finally hits San Diego, its next to last destination.

It’s Warby Parker’s “version of that great literary tradition — the cross-country road trip,” the web-based prescription eyewear company states on their website.

Except their ride is a souped-up “real-life school bus” that allows people to come aboard at their various stops and includes a “team of eyewear stylists” and their entire eyewear collection for people to test drive.

Warby Parker is already well-known to the trendy eyewear crowd by offering boutique-quality eyewear complete with free shipping, free in-home try-ons and their Buy-a-Pair, Give-a-Pair program.

For their San Diego stop they are teaming up with Invisible Children, a local non-profit humanitarian organization working to end injustice in Africa brought on by Kony and the Lord’s Resistance Army.

Today only the two companies have set up Common Good Market and brought in a grip of local vendors to help kick-off Warby Parker's 11-day stint in America’s Finest City.
