I have found my blogs to be quite negative. I want to sit and reflect tonight. I want to say thank you to our restaurants regulars, that show up week for week and praise our service. Our restaurant was referred to as "Cheers" last night. Our servers remember you name, what you like to eat, your dietary restrictions. I give homage to those who are loyal and prefer a homely dining place to a place that's in and out and just eat. As servers, we respect the loyal customers. We like to see you and know you like to see us. So thank you. You bring a small joy to our lives, working the strange hours we do. You make us know we may still make an impact on your lives even if for a short while.
