from the San Diego Union Tribute, February 20, 2013: "Corrections: A typographical error in an article on Page D3 of yesterday's Sports Section resulted in the erroneous spelling of the name of 13 year-old Jr. Ms. San Diego County Soccer MVP Mary Monarch, which was inadvertently given as Maria Menarche. We apologize for the error at this sensitive time in the young woman's life."
