first of all, they keep referring to the victim as pisstorius' "model girlfriend" -- but if she was so great, why did he shoot her? and as for any defense when they prosecute him for the death of a woman who was shot four times -- on valentine's day, no less -- with no one else in the house -- that guy just doesn't have a leg to stand on.
