Fugitive wanted for murder arrested in Baja
A United States citizen, who is wanted for charges related to murder and drug trafficking in California, was apprehended in Tijuana on Monday, September 10th. Kirby Bryan Ruando, the alleged murderer, was arrested in the Urbi Villa del Álamo housing development.
The international unit of the Baja California state police made the arrest in coordination with United States authorities. The unit, which specializes in apprehending international fugitives, has become increasingly successful in arresting suspects.
The suspect, who is seen below with “Thug Life” tattooed across his chest, was immediately handed over to U.S. authorities. Details to the case were unavailable, but Ruando is expected to face charges in the Los Angeles area.
