NARFE Chapter 4 (San Diego) is proud to have Congressman Bob Filner speak at our August 13th meeting. Congressman Filner has always been an advocate of NARFE's goals -- protecting the rights and benefits of atcive and retired federal employees. Free coffee and donuts are available after the meeting.
