San Diego City Council meeting minutes, May 22
Liz Swain 4:24 p.m., May 24
a french woman , a girl singing
a french song
amused me more than once
that white hot moon refuses
chases me up darkened hallways
while searching for a well lit room
tell me you've been there , before .
noises
smells of my shoes
surgeons no help with forever
or erasing those years
make me laugh
snicker
bicker and laugh
be something wrong , again .
re-insert that song in my
body and don't let go
no visitors
do not disturb
no objection then still now
dancing old school
only way i knew - how did
i imagine a few words and
fluffy bunnies
could make it all
disappear .
