Lifelong Jehovah's Witnesses dissident speaks out on JW belief system .

A) They are at your door to recruit you for their watchtower society corporation, they will say that "we are just here to share a message from the Bible" this is deception right off.

B) Their 'message' creed is a false Gospel that Jesus had his second coming in 1914.The problem with this is it's not just a cute fairy tale,Jesus warned of the false prophets who would claim "..look he is here in the wilderness,or see here he is at the temple."

C) Their anti-blood transfusion ban against whole blood has killed thousands.

D) once they recruit you they will "love bomb" you in cult fashion to also recruit your family & friends or cut them off.

4.:You keep referring to "The Watchtower" as "who" makes our decisions and who directs us.The Bible, Jehovah's inspired word, being carried out by His' "Word" Jesus to humans, because through Jesus, God made all things and is thus is why He is referred to as God's Master Worker, is how worldwide we're on the same page. Please see Proverbs 8:22-31. Just as Jesus and all of God's creatures, we humans have free will. God's word says to abstain from blood. Blood fractions are a conscious choice.Case in point, I would not own or shoot a gun.If someone were chasing me to harm me and one was laying on the ground and there was nothing else around, I'd pick it up perhaps and throw it.If it killed the person because my aim was better than I think, would I not have made a choice to abstain from the touching or use of the gun but considering the circumstances, I didn't shoot a gun with a bullet? Some may choose to use a fraction of their own blood or recycle blood which has not touched the air such as through the use of a blood cleaning machine or use a blood patch wherein the blood drawn from the vein in injected into the spine. Some may use synthetic volume expanders instead of a transfused plasma volume expanders containing hemoglobin. It is a choice to receive a part. I chose none. Abstain from alcohol to an alcoholic may or may not mean inclusive of mouthwash but to us, God's law forbids it and may Jehovah's Witnesses choose "NONE". Conscience matters are between a person and Jehovah. Dare I or any other excuse or condemn my brother or sister. (A Baptized JW). 5.: Not even the son of man (Jesus) knows the day or the hour (until Jehovah says so) when the definite day will come. Looking at Matthew chapter 24 it is evident we are living in the last days. As we draw closer to God and that "day", we should keep on the watch and be spiritually alert. When the time comes, there will need to be order, just as there was with the israelites who left Egypt and those who clung to the skirts of the Jews who wanted to survive and saw the miracles that Jehovah is the true God. That being said, where else can one go where in the world no brother or sister will partake in war against his brother for fear of God as ruler rather than man other than us? We love people... We don't taint God's word with ear tickling as we fear that last page of the Bible for things added to or taken from the scrolls. Perhaps reading, along with your Bible for clarification's sake, "What does the Bible REALLY Teach" can help instead of mock. I hope someone reading this doesn't listen but rather, takes responsibility for his/her own spirituality and relationship with God and uses His' word, and perhaps the aid of the book referred to. Have a study and see for yourself. Apostates lie and Satan is the Father of the Lie. I'm waging the free will Jehovah gave me through constant Bible research and living what I say out of love for Him, His name being vindicated and you all...

JH was a JW and now he's a Judas of his own choice. 1.: The Bible states that as God's day draws nearer the "light" of God's word, ie "The Truth" will become clearer. Even those who walked with Jesus back in his' day stumbled and were they not led by Holy Spirit? (*Look at Peter.) 2.: Michael is the prehuman Jesus. There is only ONE Archangel the Bible speaks of being Michael. If in Colossians 15 we know that Jesus was the first creation of God and the Archangel is the highest ranking angel of it's kind then viola! There you Go... 3.: After mentioning one sheepfold at John 10:7-15, Jesus brought another group into the picture, saying: “I have other sheep, which are not of this fold; those also I must bring, and they will listen to my voice, and they will become one flock, one shepherd.” (John 10:16) The view that these other sheep are Gentile Christians and that those in the sheepfold referred to earlier are Jewish, those who were under the Law covenant, and that both groups go to heaven is FALSE. Furthermore, those who view the other sheep as Gentile Christians who will be rewarded with heavenly life are failing to take into account an important aspect of God’s purpose. When Jehovah created the first humans and put them in the garden of Eden, he made it clear that his purpose was that the earth be populated, that all of it be a paradise, and that its human caretakers enjoy life forever—on the condition that they respect and obey their Creator.—Genesis 1:26-28; 2:15-17; Isaiah 45:18. Revelation 21:3,4 talks about the future on earth. Didn't Jesus even say the meek shall inherit the earth?! Inheriting something means something else has to pass away... When Adam sinned, Jehovah’s purpose was not thwarted. God lovingly made provision for Adam’s offspring to have the opportunity to enjoy what Adam had failed to appreciate. Psalm 115:16 says that the heavens belong to God but He made the earth for mankind. Death was never supposed to be part of the equation. Jehovah foretold that he would raise up a deliverer, a seed, (Jesus) through whom blessings would be made available to all nations. (Genesis 3:15; 22:18) That promise did not mean that all good people on earth would be taken to heaven. Jesus taught his followers to pray: “Let your kingdom come. Let your will take place, as in heaven, also upon earth.”

I'm waging the free will Jehovah gave me ... Michael is the prehuman Jesus.

Jesus IS Jehovah, come in the flesh. He is the "I AM" (John 8:58 = Exodus 3:14). That is why we are to be "witnesses of me" JESUS (Acts 1:8 NWT), i.e. Jesus' Witnesses not Jehovah's Witnesses.

That is what the earliest Christian confession "Jesus is Lord" (Romans 10:9; 1 Corinthians 12:3) means - "Jesus is Jehovah" (Heb. YHWH).

If the NWT translators were consistent in rendering Gk. kyrios "Lord" as "Jehovah" in the New Testament, especially where it is a quote from the Old Testament containing YHWH, then they would have translated Philippians 2:10-11:

"so that in the name of Jesus every knee should bend of those in heaven and those on earth and those under the ground, and every tongue should openly acknowledge that JESUS CHRIST IS JEHOVAH to the glory of God the Father."

because it is a quote from Isa 45:23 where Jehovah states, "to ME every knee will bend down, every tongue will swear":

"By my own self I have sworn—out of my own mouth in righteousness the word has gone forth, so that it will not return—that to ME every knee will bend down, every tongue will swear,"

The Jehovah's Witnesses cite four biblical texts (Genesis 9:4, Leviticus 17:12-14, Acts 15:29 and Acts 21:25). They say these mean that blood, the life-force, belongs to God and is not there for human use. They believe it a sin to eat not just black pudding but also to eat the flesh of animals that have not been properly bled.

And they extend the ban to transfusions. They won't even allow someone's blood to be stored before an operation and then used after it to replace their own blood loss. Blood is not to be stored; it is to be poured out and returned to God. Some JWs even reject dialysis or cell salvage on these grounds. Some will not accept red cells, white cells, platelets or plasma, but accept "fractions" made from these components.

There is a philosophical problem here. When a substance is broken down into components does the original remain? Some 90-96 per cent of blood plasma consists of water. The remainder is albumin, globulins, fibrinogen and coagulation factors. JWs say these may be used, according to conscience, but only if taken separately. Opponents say is like outlawing a ham and cheese sandwich but allowing the eating of bread, ham and cheese separately.

They are criticised for other inconsistencies. Blood fraction products are only available because of blood donation – a practice JWs condemn as unethical.

The Christadelphians, Quakers and some Adventist groups refuse to participate in warfare and did so before Charles Russell was born. In fact the Christadelphians in the 1860's took their name to qualify as a recognised religious group and therefore be exempted from military service during the American Civil War.

Jehovah's Witnesses blood transfusion confusion

Simple fact-The Bible does not prohibit Blood transfusions. If you are bleeding to death it is more dangerous to refuse a blood transfusions than to take one. Bloodless surgeries are great if they can be elective.1/3rd of all trauma deaths are from blood loss.

Jehovah's Witnesses elders will investigate and disfellowship any Jehovah Witness who takes a blood transfusion,to say the issue is a 'personal conscience matter' is subterfuge to keep the Watchtower out of lawsuits..

Jehovah's Witnesses children die every year worldwide due to blood transfusion ban.Rank & file Jehovah's Witness are indoctrinated to be scared to death of blood FYI 1) JW's DO USE many parts aka 'fractions' aka components of blood,so if it's 'sacred' to God why the hypocritical contradiction flip-flop?

2) They USE blood collections that are donated by Red Cross and others but don't donate back, more hypocrisy.

3) The Watchtower promotes and praises bloodless elective surgeries, this is a great advancement indeed.BUT it's no good to me if I am bleeding to death from a car crash and lose much of my blood volume and need EMERGENCY blood transfusion.

Remember the Jehovah's Witnesses use thousands and thousands of pints of blood donated by others. They use 60% of the blood volume as broken down "fractions" then go on Bible thumping rants about how dangerous and sinful blood transfusions are.

( JW do allow organ transplants which has more risk than whole blood transfusions so their arguments of disease transmission is bogus)

Know this, the reason that JW refuse blood is because of their spin on the 3000 year old Biblical old testament, modern medicine will eventually make blood donations and transfusions a thing of the past. When this technology happens it won't vindicate the Jehovah's Witnesses and all the deaths that have occurred so far.

The Watchtower's rules against blood transfusions will eventually be abolished (very gradually to reduce wrongful death lawsuit liability) even now most of the blood 'components' are allowed.

They are such hypocrites!

Ask any JW about the Spanish mansion that was built by them on Braeburn St. in San Diego and intended as living quarters for the prophets Abraham, Isaac, and "the old saints" upon their return, and gauge their reaction, or if they even acknowledge its existence.

Why anybody listens to professional enemies of a single religious group is beyond me. The hatred and bitterness displayed in their comments is palpable, leaving Danny Haszard and his followers dubious reporters of factual information about Jehovah's Witnesses. They fit in perfectly with other so-called "dissenters" such as the Klu Klux Klan, The John Birch Society and "Pro-life" doctor killers. Their hateful desire will turn into eager and ready action as James 1:13-14 says, "But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death." Hateful words of dissent are quickly turning into action as Hate Crimes abound around the world against all peaceful persons seeking God's Kingdom as man's only hope. The professional enemies of Jehovah's Witnesses or "dissenters" end will be as Malachi 4:1 says, “For, look! the day is coming that is burning like the furnace, and all the presumptuous ones and all those doing wickedness must become as stubble. And the day that is coming will certainly devour them,” Jehovah of armies has said, “so that it will not leave to them either root or bough." But peace is available for those who avail themselves of God's Kingdom rule, Matthew 6:9-15; Revelation 21:1-5.

The Jehovah Witness Trinity subterfuge.

Endless trinity debates by the Jehovah Witness apologist is a red herring distraction to complicate reader discovery of the Watchtower's real purpose of having come into existence. To; DECLARE CHRIST SECOND COMING IN 1914 Yes,the central CORE CREED Watchtower/Jehovah Witness dogma is a false prophecy. Remember that readers.(JW's love to talk trinity cause it's an enigma that they can spin) Jehovah's Witnesses apologist use the trinity 'quandary' to divert and distract from the core issues. Islam,Judaism,Unitarian and there are many other smaller groups that declare themselves non-trinitarian,JW are NOT unique

"Theologically,Jehovah's Witnesses are a cult of Christianity."

Oh, please. Then Christianity is a cult of Judaism, right? JW's aren't any more screwed up than any other religion. Anti-religious propoganda is just as stupid as religious dogma. If you want to discuss religion, or even non-religion, you're better off discussing it while leaving your ideology somewhere else. Guessing by the rhetoric and scripture used by both sides, no one commenting here (including the post itself) has ever really studied the bible without someone putting something in your ear about it.

"The Watchtower religion uses coercive deceptive recruitment tactics."

Probably got their training from the U.S. Armed Forces.

You know, Nerdygrl, you're missing the obvious here, people get sucked into things out of ignorance and even willingnes. And, I think it pays to be as suspicious of the detractors about as much as the things they don't agree with.

Or, a better understood analogy, a guy marries a gal expecting it'll be wonderful. After ten or fifteen years of misery, they finally divorce. A lot of times all you hear from either party is how horrible and evil the other one was. The real thing to come to terms with is this: If they were so awful for one another, why didn't they see it coming when they married? It is curious how often this happens. It is also curious how often it continues to happen.

Hi Danny like you I was once a Jehovah's Witness Unlike you I want to go back Jehovah knew the shortcomings of His people the Jews and it wasn't until they killed His son that He disowned them. In Revelation Jesus exposed the failings of some congregations and while on earth He knew their individual failings, but He still chose to have a relationship with them. I know the failings of myself and Jehovah's modern people However they are the only global religion worshiping Jehovah and rejecting the trinity for the fraud it is. There is no such god in the Bible, not even a false one. Satan told Eve 'You will not die, you will become like god, knowing good and bad'. Satan tells the same lie in most religions today, both non-christian and those claiming to be christian For me the most important issue is who does a religion worship? My God is Jehovah I want to worship Him with those who call on Jehovah as their God. As for those who claim Jehovah and Jesus to be equal, or one and the same, the Holy Spirit says 'God is the head of Christ' 1 Cor 11:3 "My God, My God, why have you forsaken me?' cried the dying Jesus Yes, Jesus has His God! As for the complicated blood issue: Jesus said 'he that loses his life for my sake will find it' Under what circumstances do your beliefs require you to give your life for Jesus? Please don't say 'for your country'. That is not for Jesus! Jesus said the children of the Devil imitate their father, who is a manslayer. Christendom's history is one of bloodshed and manslaying. World war 1 + 2 were started by people claiming to be christian. On one side they prayed 'Lord Jesus bless our guns to kill our enemies' and on the other side they prayed 'Lord Jesus bless our guns to kill our enemies'. And someone blessed their guns for they slaughtered millions. Manslaughter on a scale never seen before. Yes the children of the Devil imitate their father, the manslayer. Jesus taught 'LOVE YOUR ENEMIES AND PRAY FOR THOSE WHO PERSECUTE YOU'. Read the sermon on the mount and get to know the real Jesus. He does not bless guns! Every week thousands of people become Jehovah's Witnesses, because it is the truth. Warm Christian Love Gray Graham Mewburn

SHILL (Graham Mewburn just above) is of course an active real Jehovah's Witness who is lying that's he/she is non member. This is called Shilling you are a SHILL just like the carnival geeks that helped sell the snake oil. Look up the word shill please. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shill

Scientology and Jehovah's Witness pull this same shill-scam all over. With the JW it's called "theocratic warfare" aka lying for God.

What gives with these cults? If you are so warm and lovable and attractive why do you have to lie so much to promote yourselves?

1914 - Compare the events to Jesus statements on the mount of olives and the four horsemen. Is Armageddon in our day? Well, it has to happen before an all out WW3.

Blood: We don't take it because of its sacredness, but we're also not passing up a good medical thing. One blood transfusion wiped out Paul Michael Glaziers family. Tip of the iceburg of what's in the denial file.

Bloodless Hospitals,however,...in existance for decades, ... report no such grim statistics for going bloodless.

Children: Woe to all who have children in these days. Jesus own statement.

False Prophets: Jesus was warning about 'visable' sightings, stressing in same script that his coming would be like lightning. "Everywhere." And though not visable ... very discernable.

Judge a tree by 'its' leaves. We have brochures on every subject. www.watchtower.org

Margarett April 14, 2010 @ 1:24 a.m.

Fractions are readily available from animal blood. HBOC is bovine.

Seperating blood from its owner has become more scientific and involved. Blood minus blood fractions is still whole blood. ( We have always allowed the clotting factor because whole blood minus the clotting factor is still whole blood.)

Also, since I've been in,(50 yrs) we've always allowed things made 'from' blood, but not 'of' blood. (antivenoms, vaccinations, etc.)

The reason we don't take blood is because its sacred, but the issue we're forced to confront is "are we passing up a good medical thing?" No. One blood transfusion wiped out Paul Michael Glaziers family. That's just the tip of what's in the denial file.

As for all the carnage we've havoced refusing blood, controlled studies are better. Google bloodless hospitals. In existance for decades, these show no such grim statistics. Opposite! Regards. Margarett

The hypocrites are thick, I'm afraid. Still, such evil was found in heaven itself, until ousted.

Don't oust yourself.

Deal with these crimes the way that has always been available for you. The Elders, and the Police. If I ever saw a rape, I'd call the police. If the rapist accuses me of lying, and the victim can't support me ... too bad, I'd do it again. Such could happen in or out of the brotherhood, but you see something like that, you call the police. And if it's in the brotherhood, you call 'all' authorities.

Also, if you have reasonable suspicion, like your child telling you. You tell 'all' authorities, The police may be able to obtain info, statements and evidence satisfying the elders.

You may or may not want to tell the Elders first. (depending on what exactly happened, or whether the elders are a help or a hindrance to getting the situation taken care of.)

Your own one on one with Jehovah should be able to let you know if an elder is out of line in this important situation. And fear of reprimand wouldn't stop any who love their children.

I would not have been confused about this, 20, nor 40 years ago. I don't like confused people who don't call the police when they know of such a crime.
