99 Cents Store on Market and 26th Street...you gotta be kidding...over a year of an empty dirty lot and now it is being converted to a 99 Cents Store...Wow...is that all that the City Developers can manage for the communities of Grant Hill, Sherman Hieghts, Logan Hts...why not a Vons, Ralphs, Albertosn, Stater Brothers..anything but a 99 Cents Store...time for recall of District 8 Council Representative....
