Burch better but not quite good enough yet

A genuine loss - Hoskins was a pro. Here, somehow, is the Hoskins classic Who Framed Roger Rabbit? in its entirety. (Seriously, can this possibly be legal?)
And here is Reader critic emeritus Duncan Shepherd's four-star review of the film. I liked to cite this one when people said he didn't like anything but foreign movies and the Coen brothers.

So sad. I've been in love with this guy since "The Long Good Friday." I wish him well!

My favorite line in "Roger Rabbit" was delivered with gusto by Mr. Hoskins:
Roger: Jessica's the love of my life. The apple of my eye. The cream in my coffee. Eddie: Well you better start drinking it black, Acme's taking the cream now.
Bob Hoskins in the original TV version of "Pennies From Heaven":

Roget Rabbit is one fo the greatest shows of all time, and I can not imagine it without Hoskins, he was so awesome in it as Eddie Valiant-awesome show.
On a side note-I am such a fan of Roger Rabbit I bought a custom Roger Rabbit jacket given to the author of the book-Gary Wolf, for the opening of Toontown at Disneyland-one of a kind.
