I see Governor Brown signed a bill to not prevent-that is to allow-castration of documented U.S. citizens. Now he is protecting undocumented immigrants, Ref: San Diego Union-Tribune, 10/11/11 pp A1. Seeing that most cars stolen in San Diego County are done so by undocumented immigrants, Governor Brown should open a used car lot with his undocumented brothers in Christ, or he could open a chop shop and sell parts to fund his black-hole in Sacramento.
