They have only passed a budget on time twice on time in the last 25 years. Would you pay someone $100,000.00 a year to not be able to do their job when they have a whole year to do it for 25 years?. This is an example of total Communistic incompatance and hate for your own constituants. We should strip them of their civil right and deport them back to Mexico wher they probably came from.
