Heal the Bay releases annual report on San Diego beaches

The Federal Government just cut a check for $1.4E9 for homeless programs in the nation. L.A. recieved $72E6. We don't know how much San Diego will recieve yet but Father Joe is still rolling with the $2E6 he recieved from the United way and the County, so let the good time roll in the poor side of town.
