Lauren Chew is a recent graduate of the University of California, San Diego. She has explored Cambodia's Angor Wat temples, slurped pho on the streets of Hanoi, trekked throughout Southwestern China, temple-hopped in Laos and relaxed on the beaches of Malaysia.
