They have lost touch with their customers. Its now about cramming so many people like sardines. They cant make up their mind from one waitress to the next how much drinks cost.. Yes their buffet is good but wait in line for 3 to 4 hours it is sure not worth it. Their concerts are outside in a parking lot and are very disorganized and downwind from the chicken farm..Phew bring a towel or something to help you breath. To top it all off their machines are so tight they make cruise ships casinos look loose. There are many other good casinos in San Diego I would try a different one first.

Yes, Valley View Casino is a busy, crowded casino but that is because they are one of the top San Diego Casinos with a great comp program, good slots and a fab buffet!

Last time I went to Valley View with a friend we had intended to eat at the buffet before a concert. At 5:30 we were given a slip to get in line at 7. My friend who had recently had knee replacement sergery couldn't stand that long and we gave up. The people in front of me in line didn't get in until after 9. Other restaurants were also full and when we did buy food it was so bad it was inedible. Wrote letter to Valley View thinking they would give us 2 free buffets for all the problems and wasted food. No such luck.
