Nestled in a mostly residential area away from the 30th Street fray, the Thorn Street Brewery resides in the building that once housed owner Dennis O’Connor’s homebrewing supply store, Home Brews and Gardens. O’Connor has converted the store to a combination brewery, complete with a seven-barrel brewhouse, and two-part tasting space.
