The Taoist Sanctuary of San Diego is a non-profit educational corporation dedicated to teaching and preserving ancient Taoist healing and martial arts. Now in its 39th year, it is the oldest school of Chinese health exercise systems in San Diego County. The Taoist Sanctuary offers ongoing classes and special seminars in Chen Style and Yang Style Taijiquan, Qigong (energy-generating meditative movement and meditation), Senior Tai Chi, Taoist Philosophy and Tuina (Chinese acupressure massage).
