Japanese BBQ — called yakiniku, similar to Korean BBQ (minus the free side dishes) — offers cook-it-yourself over tabletop grills. Kobe boneless short ribs and tongue are the superstars here. Japanese tapas, noodles, tempura, etc. fill out the bill. Inexpensive.
