Tasty gringo-Mex food. Tamales are rich, pillowy clouds of cornmeal surrounding richer shredded pork scattered with raisins. Pork also gets loving treatment in the carnitas rojas, browned to the barest crisp. Inexpensive.

Best Mexican food in San Diego. Tastes authentic and the prices are reasonable. Tastes like my Grandma from Puerto Vallarta is in the back kitchen cooking. I definitely would suggest this place. Thanks.
