Big, cheerful first U.S. branch of upscale Mexican resort-town seafood chain. Raw seafood air-shipped from the company’s Culiacán processing plant, but nothing sings with fresh-caught flavor upon arrival. Skimp on appetizers — best dishes are rich, elaborate entrées. Moderate to very expensive.
