Kensington Cafe serves up a healthy breakfast that doesn't make you feel like you're skimping. Their waffles, breakfast scrambles, and sandwiches are all good — and so is the coffee. Try the Tree Hugger scramble or the American Dream breakfast sandwich. Dogs are allowed on the patio, which is a big plus. Most items under $9 for breakfast; $15 and below for dinner.
