Indian Joe Brewing
A tiny operation with a lot of gumption best describes this nearly young business where owner and head brewer Max Moran brews six times a day and offers 20 or more different beers at a time. The name of the business references the nickname of his beer-making Luisueño Indian great uncle. The design of the massive and appealing tasting room (one of the few places that garnishes its beers — fresh berries, spice-rimmed glasses) brings in an old wooden bar along with fire features and a hanging drive-in movie-style marquee.
