Food, Drinks, and Rock ‘n Roll!
Yes it is true! Matt Hensley has opened one of the sickest pubs in North County San Diego. Not only is the food awesome and the drinks cold and tasty, but the atmosphere of the place could turn any average weekday into a Friday! Matt installed a killer jukebox filled with amazing bands like Stiff Little Fingers, Elvis Costello, the Damned, the Pogues, and of course Flogging Molly. If the jukebox doesn’t stoke you out, then surely the amazing bands that play every night will! Another cool thing about Hensley’s Flying Elephant is that it has become a meeting ground for the action sports industry. You can run into your favorite skateboarding legend at any given moment! Concerts, art shows, pool tables, and good times! Watch out Carlsbad! This place means business!

Sorry, but have yet to have good food or service in years I have been going to Hensley's. The employees work hard, and are friendly as can be, but still the food and service leaves a sour note, just as well.
