While the food was tasty, the wait staff were incessant to the point of being bothersome. Distasteful, dogs were allowed to sit on chairs at the table during the dinner hour. Will not go there again.

Dogs at table?! I've seen that in Italy but certainly never at Firenze Trattoria. What a thing to say.
Really, this is a great place. Classic dishes done excellently. Scads of great wines by the glass. Beautiful ambience. Can't expect more without going to Italy itself.
