Of all these pizza places, this one is my least favorite. The one in Little Italy is excellent. As is the one in Mira Mesa.
I've heard from a few friends, that they feel the same way. One even went into great detail to tell me that the owner is the woman who is divorced from the original owner, and she did things differently.
It's still probably the best pizza in Poway. As long as you don't mind dealing with the soccer and baseball teams, and occasional screaming kids.
The pizza is thick. And it smells incredible right when you walk in the door.
I love the antipasta salad, too. But it's huge. Better to share that with someone before chowing down on the pies.
Their meatball sandwiches rule!
