Best view in North County. Expensive, but they do have great happy hour specials from 4-6. Very relaxed atmosphere, but the service has really gone downhill the past couple of times I've visited. I could hear 2 other tables complaining about the service also. I still love the place I'm just hoping things improve in the service department.
