Parents complain Sweetwater’s over $5 million iPad program has caused their children’s grades to fall and made them potential targets for theft.
Sweetwater Union High School District bought iPads for all their seventh graders. Besides not measuring educational success from the computers’ use, there is no plan as to how to pay for them.

How many teachers can they bring back for 5 million? I'm guessing between 70-80.
Parents have also complained about bad teachers in parent meetings, some of them include union reps at that school. All of them are represented and backed by the union.
