Fountain at Kroc-Copley Animal Shelter, 5480 Gaines Street. The complex features this 2002 fountain sculpture by Alber de Matteis, T.J. Dixon, and James Nelson. The shelter combines facilities of the San Diego Humane Society, SPCA, and the county's Department of Animal Services.
