Pac-Arts monthly Film Forum now open to non-members

The Imperial Beach border fence of rusted metal posts has been torn down, and construction of a taller, sturdier structure began in October. People, birds, and dogs have celebrated the chance to stand on the beach with one wet foot in the U.S. and one in Mexico. Beachgoers in the area have been under the watchful eyes of the Border Patrol and the construction company, which has private security watching the cranes and equipment around the clock.
