The Antiques started playing and sounded great. There was a large crowd watching them, though, so I stayed in the back yard.

There were people playing horseshoes, and a black lab was barking and running back and forth, trying to retrieve the horseshoes after each throw. One guy got hit in the foot and screamed in pain.
I saw two other dogs. One was big and brown and the other was a chihuahua. I wondered why I hadn't seen the dogs earlier; did someone bring their dogs to the luau or were the dogs crashing?
