Tall Ships Spectator Cruise
Avoid the crowds onshore. Watch, photograph, or videotape more than a dozen tall ships and other fascinating vessels from around the world as they majestically parade by you at the start of the 2016 Festival of Sail hosted by the Maritime Museum of San Diego.
The 2016 Festival of Sail will kick off with a grand "Parade of Sail" (Tall Ship Parade) on San Diego Bay, September 2. More than a dozen majestic tall ships and windjammers will parade into San Diego’s harbor in a magnificent nautical procession. The best spot to view the parade is from the deck of a Hornblower yacht. On board you will enjoy close up views and expert narration from "insiders." The parade will begin near the Bali Hai restaurant. Please note that the list of ships scheduled to appear in the parade is subject to change. Two-hour narrated cruise plus information about over 50 San Diego landmarks and over a dozen historic Tall Ships.
