Halloween has deep and ancient roots. This is the time to honor our ancestors and commune with those who have crossed into the next world as we dance with our shadows around the sacred fire. At Hallows Fire we honor not only our dead, but our own shadows; parts of ourselves that have died, or have never fully lived. In allowing our "shadow sides" to play and be seen, we free ourselves from the confines of being the "living dead." We experience life to the fullest expression. - What part of you is screaming to be heard? - What hidden side of yourself wants to come out and play? - Who inside of you is ready to move from the shadows into the light? At Hallows Fire you are encouraged to costume yourself as the shadow who desires to be expressed. Sometimes the shadow is not the dark side at all, but perhaps a playful jester, a sensual being, another gender or the powerful part of you like a queen or king! Hallows Fire begins Saturday afternoon with playshop immersions by Powerful Community Leaders. Visit the vendors and Healers. Contact Devra Gregory if you want to vend. After the playshops we share a Veggie pot luck feast and are oriented to the sacred fire circle experience. And then the MAIN EVENT: HALLOWS FIRE --- A three hour Sacred Fire Circle where we drum, dance, sing, and make magic and music under the stars.

What To Bring: Drums, and other instruments to play at the fire. (Percussion intruments are available for you to play.) Camping gear if you choose to stay overnight. A healthy veggie dish for the pot luck dinner. Vegan, organic preferred We are also celebrating Dev's birthday! (the producer of Sacred Flame).

SCHEDULE 1:00-1:45- Registration for full day participants. 2:00-3:00- Wild Heart Playground ~ Dance With Darkness. With Nancy Parker InBody Wisdom.  3:30-4:30- Shadow Speaks ~ Embrace Your Inner Shadows With Sita Rose. 5:00-6:00- Sound Play ~ Improvisational Music Making. With Kerem Brulé.  5:30-6:30-Registration for fire circle only participants. 6:30-7:30- Pot luck dinner. (bring a healthy dish to share). 7:30-8:00- Orientation (Mandatory for those who have never attended a Sacred Flame event). 8:00-8:30- Fire Circle Preparation (We will have a "Transformation Station" where you can change into your costumes). 8:30-11:30- SACRED FLAME HALLOWS FIRE. 11:30-12:00- Reintegrate, noncampers depart 12:00- and beyond...
