Marriott Marquis’ restaurant Marina Kitchen and visionary Chef Aron Schwartz are proud to announce their Independence Day buffet with a variety of classic Americana options, all with a modern twist. The July 4th menu features everything from watermelon and blue cheese salad to Jidori fried chicken and a 12-hour beef brisket with white cheddar mac-n-cheese as well as delectable desserts including peach crisp and strawberry shortcake.
The menu is priced at $36 per adult and $12 per child with kid-friendly options such as hamburgers, hotdogs, and corn on the cob. Guests can enjoy a great vantage point to view the annual Big Bay Boom fireworks and Star Spangled Pops concert produced by the San Diego Symphony.
