Virtual Race
After her husband was killed in Afghanistan, Brittney Hogan used fitness to recover and now her company Virago works to inspire others to turn to fitness by being the first business ever to host a virtual race with Marine Toys for Tots Foundation San Diego. Virago, meaning a person of extreme strength and courage, is an American made Athletic Apparel Company focusing on post-traumatic growth through fitness. Portions of the proceeds are donated to the USO and to the HD Hogan Scholarship.
When you register for the Toys for Tots Virago Fitness Virtual Race you will receive a T-shirt and a medal that lets the world know that you are dedicated to fitness and making positive change in the world. The beauty of a virtual race means that anyone can participate no matter where they live. Registration begins in August, and the race can be completed any time during the month of September. Sign up today and commit to conquering a personal fitness goal knowing that 100% of all participation fees ($35/person) go to The Toys for Tots Foundation.
