Moderated by Greg Moran from the San Diego Union Tribune. Speakers include representatives from the San Diego District Attorney's Office, the Office of the Public Defender, the ACLU, Adolfo Gonzales (ex-National City Police Chief), and San Diego Police Department, Chief Zimmerman. Members of the community are welcome.
