Explore and practice the time-honored techniques of preserving seasonal fruits and vegetables. This class will cover the basics of canning, sterilization, equipment, and pressure cooking canning for acidic foods.
Everyone is welcome to join us for the free general lecture in the first hour. Participation in the kitchen cooking session costs $15 and is limited to 15 persons.
