Learn to make pasta from scratch, with sauces. (Not for the carb faint at heart!) Class first, nap later.
Menu (accompanied by chardonnay tasting): Roasted butternut squash ravioli with sage butter; dill fettucine, salmon cream and vodka sauce; caramelle with mint, ricotta, and lemon; portobello mushroom and spinach rotollo, red pepper tomato sauce.
