Join artist Perry Vasquez as he teaches you how to assemble your food into colorful and creative portraits. You will develop new art skills as you learn how to draw your food portraits. Plus, your artwork will be photographed and exhibited at Mass Creativity Day at The New Children’s Museum on June 28.
Designed for all ages. No prior art experience necessary.
The Mass Creativity program has been funded by The James Irvine Foundation and provided by The New Children’s Museum. Mass Creativity is an artist-led community outreach program that includes a series of eight workshops throughout various San Diego neighborhoods. The program will culminate in an all–day celebration of art and creativity at The New Children’s Museum on June 28.
