A four-course menu that includes pairings from Green Flash. First: blistered shishito peppers, jamon, grilled octopus with Rayon Vert Belgian Pale Ale. Second: curry chicken sausage, dried fruit compote, house pickle with 30th Street Pale Ale. Third (intermezzo): Hawaiian pineapple guava granita with 7th Anniversary Red Ale. Fourth: Grand Cru braised pork shoulder, buckwheat polenta, lardons with Grand Cru Belgian Strong Ale.
